• Monday, June 16: NEWE to Callicoon, Pa. (camp at NEWE)
  
  
• Tuesday, June 17: Milford, Pa. to Dingmans Ferry Access, Pa. (camp at Driftstone)
  
  
• Wednesday, June 18: Poxono Access, N.J. to Minisink Park, Pa. (camp at Driftstone)
  
  
• Thursday, June 19: Driftstone, Mount Bethel, Pa. to Talen Boat Launch, Pa. (camp at Driftstone)
  
  
• Friday, June 20: Talen Boat Launch to Phillipsburg, N.J. (no camping, Sojourn over)
